Our packages start from £40 to £1000. Depending on the vehicles condition to which service you require. We would advise accordingly ensuring your happy with both prices and outcome!

Terms & Conditions
Mobile Detailing & Valeting Services (UK)
1. Definitions
  • “We / Us / Our” refers to the mobile detailing and valeting business.
  • “You / Customer” refers to the person booking the service.
  • “Vehicle” refers to the car, van, or other vehicle being serviced.

2. Services
We provide mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services at a location agreed with the customer.
Services are limited to those listed and agreed at the time of booking.
Any additional work requested on the day may incur extra charges.

3. Bookings
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it via message, email, or booking system.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are based on vehicle size and condition.
  • Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g. heavy pet hair, biohazards, mould, paint contamination) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before work begins.
  • Payment is due on completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather, vehicle access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Access, Location & Utilities
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle.
  • If valeting is not permitted at the place of work it is your responsibility to inform us in advance
  • We are not responsible for parking fines, clamping, or penalties incurred due to the vehicle’s location.

7. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
  • You must inform us of any known damage or sensitive areas before work begins.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or mechanical faults
    • Damage caused by fragile, worn, or aftermarket parts
  • Older or poorly maintained paint may respond unpredictably to cleaning or polishing.

8. Satisfaction & Complaints
  • Any concerns must be raised before we leave the site.
  • We do not offer refunds once the service has been completed and accepted.
  • If a genuine issue is identified, we may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Liability
  • We will take reasonable care while working on your vehicle.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Weather Conditions
As a mobile service, weather may affect results or the ability to work safely.
We may reschedule if conditions are unsuitable.

11. Personal Belongings
Please remove personal items from the vehicle before the service.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside.

PAINT CORRECTION & CERAMIC COATING SERVICES

1.Services
We provide professional vehicle detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services.
All services are cosmetic in nature and aim to improve the appearance and protection of the vehicle. Results may vary depending on paint condition, age, and prior treatments.

2.Bookings & Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking, particularly for ceramic coatings and multi-day services.
  • The booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final balance.

3. Pricing
  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and agreed service level.
  • Heavily neglected vehicles, resprays, soft paint, or excessive defects may require additional time and cost.
  • Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work continues.

4. Paint Correction & Defect Removal
  • Paint correction improves paint clarity and reduces defects but does not guarantee 100% defect removal.
  • Some defects (deep scratches, stone chips, clear coat failure) cannot be safely removed without compromising paint integrity.
  • By authorising paint correction, you accept the risks associated with machine polishing, especially on older or repainted panels.

5. Ceramic Coatings
  • Ceramic coatings are applied strictly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Durability estimates are not guarantees and depend on:
    • Proper aftercare
    • Mileage and usage
    • Storage conditions
    • Washing methods
Failure to follow aftercare advice may void any coating warranty.

6. Curing & Aftercare
  • Vehicles must remain dry for the minimum curing period advised (usually 12–24 hours).
  • The vehicle must not be washed for the specified period after coating application.
  • We are not responsible for coating failure caused by rain, washing, chemicals, or environmental exposure during the curing period once the vehicle is returned.
Aftercare instructions will be provided and are the customer’s responsibility to follow.

7. Location, Environment & Utilities
  • The customer must provide a safe, suitable environment for detailing and coating work.
  • Ceramic coatings may require sheltered conditions; if conditions are unsuitable, the appointment may be postponed.
  • Access to water and electricity must be agreed in advance if required.

8. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure
You must disclose:
  • Previous resprays or bodywork
  • Known paint defects
  • Ceramic coatings or sealants already present
We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed repairs, poor-quality paintwork, or incompatible previous products.

9. Pre-Existing Damage
We are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, rust, peeling clear coat
  • Weak or failing paint
  • Fragile trims, badges, aftermarket parts, or decals
Any pre-existing damage identified will be documented before work begins.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
     
     
    Data Protection
    Any personal information collected is used solely for booking and communication purposes and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).

    Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
    Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
